Definitely Pleasure Feather because the different feathers it has actually does increase the sensations you feel from it and makes it a better quality tickler all around. I've a few different ticklers, most cheap ones which aren't that great and definitely not long-lasting such as the Sex & Mischief one. I have a very similar one -- the Whipper Tickler, which was so much fun and tickly and I loved the rubber spankers, but the feathers wouldn't last long no matter what I tried -- so I can't recommend the Sex & Mischief unless it's for a short-term use.

My favorite is the Lelo tickler. It's short and small though, which is ridiculous for the price, but I do adore the sensations! It will be very similar to the Pleasure Feather on your list, only you'll save a crap load of $. So I really do recommend that one.

Can't really speak for sure because we have only tried the Sex and Mischief one, but we like it.

The Pleasure feather cause it has the wrist strap instead of the long stick. Having it in your hand just seems more sensual to me.
