I have the regular Luna Beads, and I love them! (went for a jog with them today. So much fun. ) I'm going to review them soon. I don't know about the minis, but for me, a 26 year old petite woman who has never had kids, the regulars are awesome. I bet for some, the minis would be great, too.

The glass eggs are so pretty and cheaper, but I'd probably go with the Luna because I'd worry too much about the glass grinding together inside.

The Luna beads seem more practical, so I'd go with those. That said, the crystal eggs are quite pretty!
