I wore a bullet under clothes. My Dom surprised me with it on the way to do some shopping at Dom-Depot. It was exciting and it had me a bit flustered when he made me ask an associate for help and I turned around and he was gone It was fun though. The vibe was low so I wasn't going to be rolling on the floor in ecstacy. It didn't seem like anyone heard it, but it was enough to make a shy girl blush.

Needs an other button...unless the front yard in the middle of the day counts as a public place (it's surrounded by a thick privacy hedge and I was wearing a dress, so nothing was even showing), nope.

I've often considered going for a walk around the block with a quiet, reasonably weak toy going though...of course, this would be around 3 AM. xD
