The Zini Deux is the first HIGH END toy I have ever gotten where it was dead on arrival. Worse yet, that toy is TWO separate toys and BOTH were dead, speaking to a serious "manufacture" issue with the motors or electronics.
EF was great, and immediatly took it back, and issued me a credit for a new one "when they come in" (been out of stock for weeks)...however, now I am leary of the quality of this over $100 toy.
It was and IS our #1 toy choice from the reviews, but has ANYONE else had any quality issues or breakage with these toys from ZINI????? This Zini Duex in particular????
EF will give me a refund instead if I want. (Again...EF has been awesome). I am just not sure what to do???
