Wahl. No question. These two vibes aren't really even comparable; the perverted body massagers (Hitachi, Wahl), are really in their own class of strength.

Th Wahl would be MUCH stronger, but also louder, connected to a wall, and not waterproof. They're very different toys.

I can't speak for Wahl because I haven't really tried it, but still I'm sure Wahl would be stronger. I own a Bcurious, and it's terribly weak.
