After purchases, and two toys later, I had to give up on getting a working product. Has anyone experience the same thing (or a similar thing) or did I just get 2 of the bad ones?

Make sure you're not using some no name brand batteries on your vibe. Use the good stuff and try to insert them one way then the other, play with it a little. If the dildos you buy are also broken, then it's a problem with the user not Eden.. HAHA
