I bought a wireless remote controlled egg/bullet for my wife and we do use it. An example would be the time I took her to dine in movie theater. I turned the vibe on during the movie and adjusted it often to keep her on her toes. The ride home was enjoyable as she put her feet up and took over the remote control. So we don't own one even though we want one anymore. We had one and it was terrible. He wants the controls for going out in public which might be fun, but the reviews are always poor for the products price. Too loud and not enough vibe, as well as the wireless being unreliable
