Not sure which one to get first. Not into spending a whole lot, but want a good bang for my buck.

Have you checked out the Hitachi Magic wand? Uber powerful, options to add on attachments later on. It is LOUD though, so if you are looking to be discreet, maybe not the best option for you. Good Luck!

Annamistry makes a good point. Maybe just get something else you were considering buying and the bullet will come along for no extra cost - double win

I'd actually suggest the Pocket Rocket, Butterfly Kiss (TPR version) or Fairy Mini Mini (the one above the tiny one)

The high intensity bullet is great. The first setting is good for beginners, or if you want more power, it's got two higher settings that are fantastic.
