The main (and pretty much only) difference between the two of these is the packaging and length. The g-spot vibrator is shorter in length and includes the g-spot curve while the regular is longer and has no g-spot curve. The regular has downright-amazing packaging while the g-spot one scaled back on the packaging a bit.

It's just a personal preference as to whether you want the g-spot curve or not. I didn't notice any other differences between the two.
