Has anyone used this Stinger toy?

This toy, link, looks like a lot of fun, even just to sit on without the vibration.

Has anyone had personal experience using it (solo, I would guess)? Does the control detach so you could wear it without the vibration? Does the jelly makeup harm the delicate tissues or will it just break down over time?

I guess I'm looking for reviews!
