I just got my first toys. I got a royal rabbit kit, which has a silvermain with three different sleeves that go on. How do i get the sleeve off ? Should i have put something on before sliding the sleeve on it ?

I do not suggest putting something on first--you do not want it to slip during use!!
When I have had to remove sleeves, I have found that pulling down and twisting them around tends to break the seal loose without damaging the sleeve. Just use a reasonable amount of pressure--not all your strength!
