I have been wanting Tiani sooo badly for months already, but now, "on the brink of ordering a few toys", trying to figure out what to get as the very best ones of my picks, I am getting more and more discouraged by the reviews about Tiani saying that it is really not a go-out remote vibe to enjoy, cause it pretty much doesn't work at all unless you are uncovered or wearing only panties, and you spread your legs fully, because when you are walking it just doesn't work...
Also, as I know, We-vibe 3 has the very same flaw, and the big difference between the two is that on We-vibe 3 you can control the U-shaped vibe with a button on it at least, whereas Tiani is controlled only by the remote, making it impossible to do anything with the U-shaped part in this manner...
So all in all, none of them sound as good to me anymore, but I would still give it a shot to get one of them as an intercourse vibe, though it still bothers me if I should - as I intended to get Tiani for the remote function to go out with it, and it works with AAA batteries you can get rechargeables of, instead of having the remote's battery replaced for free, and my thoughts about the future of the USA are eerie and gloomy, so for me a remote vibe not using weird batteries (like 12V for example) means that I would be worry free with enough rechargeable batteries stocked up...
Do you think I should still go for one of them, and do you think Tiani is soooooo special that it is worth it to pay the (little more) extra price, or just get the We-vibe 3, or just leave them both and wait for a better model of any of them with a proper remote function, or just stock up on 12V batteries having a shelf life of up to 5 years depending on the battery, and forget Tiani and We-vibe 3?
Anyway, and for a couple's vibe, which one would be better, and stronger?

I've heard the same but Tiani perfoms better compared to the We-Vibe in terms of sensitivity, for me it did.

I REALLY wanted the Tiani, but after reading the first review where the remote and toy won't communicate if ya legs are closed, I figured it was useless for an out and about toy. I still crave it, but it's a lot of money for something that doesn't work like it's suppose to. I went with the Lyla and it's the same - doesn't like working if the remote and toy aren't very close when inserted.
I just got the We-Vibe 3 and LOVE it. I only use it for solo fun, but it's one of my top favourites! It has a better remote distance than Lyla!
I'd say Tiani is the same - when the remote was out of range for Lyla when inserted, it stopped the bullet. The We-vibe doesn't stop if the remote is too far.
I also love that there's no batteries at all to worry about with the We-Vibe 3 remote. I think it's a fantastic toy and more than powerful enough for me.

I have both. The both have good and bad things.
The Tiani is slimmer. The part that goes inside will barely be felt by your partner. Also, the silicone of the Tiani has less of a drag to it. The Tiani has the remote which gives more functions. I have found the reception is a bit more spotty than the we-vibe 3. However, the Tiani seems to stay right on my clit during intercourse. The we-vibe 3 sometimes shifts a bit to the side. The we-vibe 3 is completely rechargeable, whereas the Tiani's remote takes batteries. (it does come with batteries though) The we-vibe 3 has stronger vibration, but since it shifts that may not always be good. The Tiani only has one motor on the clitoral shaft, the other arm is meant more to help it stay in place.
I think they are both pretty great, I didn't even cast a vote. It really depends on personal preference and what you want out of this toy.

I really want to try the we-vibe 3.

I don't have the Lelo option---like you, the fact that your legs basically have to be spread for it to be on was a big death knell for the toy.
I do have the We-Vibe 3, and I think it's fantastic. It doesn't need to have constant contact with the remote to stay on. It's really fabulous, in my opinion, and while I wouldn't *suggest* it for out-and-about use, it would at least be *possible.*
On another note, you know that, in a scenario where there's no stores to buy atypical batteries, there would also be no grid power to charge your rechargeables by? Unless you have a wind or solar or geothermal energy solution for recharging batteries...

I can only thank you for all your comments, seeing the major differences between the two (which are themselves minor, like the price, vibration strength, sensitivity and, most importantly, that the We-vibe 3 has two vibrating arms, while Tiani has only one), for me Tiani is out of the question anymore, and am gonna go for the We-vibe 3, as soon as I am able to get mah paws on one - what vital info and excellent descriptions, thank you, and further comments are still most welcome! ~smiles warm and gratefully

And yeppp, solar is the option here, already set up for it, and am still happy for the We-vibe because even if I weren't able to have the remote's battery replaced (God forbid to have such a messed up economy) then I will still have a fulllllly functioning little couple's vibe without remote but happily using it! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aayyyyyyyy!!!!!!!! ~grins satisfied

I've been wanting a we-vibe 3 ever since we got to play with it in the Adam and Eve store. They've been out of stock on this site for weeks it seems.

Well, now that W/we have got the We-vibe 3 I think I would prefer the other one, because the remote vibrates too so you can feel what the other feels...

I think thw we-vibe looks more like something i would use for sure
02/29/2012
i'd get the we-vibe

I've heard terrible things about the remote with those types of toys, and how they barely ever work. The We-Vibe 3 sounds like a better toy.

Great info in this post--I really want to try a C-shaped vibe for during sex, but I'm always unsure of which one is worth the money and will actually work. It looks like the We-Vibe 3 win out.
