Is Rockstar Stevie too much of a ROCKstar??

I was wondering if those that own this toy can tell me if it has a strong rattling sound, other than the normal vibration sounds that a vibrator should have? I saw (or rather heard) it in one review, but not in another. Could you please let me know of your personal experiences? Thank you Edenites!!!
