Hi everyone!

I just bought a Jopen Vr7 and I've had it charging for about 5-6 hours now and the red light won't turn off. I've taken it off the charger a few times t try to unlock it, but nothing happens when I hold down the buttons for four seconds like the manual says.

Any ideas?
