Randy for Randy

Here's the deal: I just bought Randy and I definitely need some tips on how to use it (him?). I'm no stranger to larger toys but this one is giving me problems. I can get it in, but I can't make the hurt from my vagina stretching go away. Does anyone have any tips to share? This toy is so soft and amazing that I know that I'll love it once I figure this whole thing out.

(can someone switch this topic to dildos? I missed that one...)

I wish i could help, but I have a narrow vagina as well as I don't even go near larger toys like the Randy. I guess I'm chicken! I know their are plenty of contributors here who do have experience though. It looks so delicious...I wish my vagina had a little more fight in her!

I made the same mistake in purchasing this. Sometimes I can get it in, but it just hurts too much to move it. I don't know why I thought Randy could work for me. I must have just read a compelling review.

You might need to take some extra time to warm up, like get yourself really turned on and even use some smaller dildos first to work up to that size. A few people who really love the Randy have said in their reviews that initially it hurt to use it and they eventually worked up to a point that they use it more frequently with no trouble. I love mine.

Would this be a good one for someone like me whose vagina is stretched out due to childbirth? I mean, I REALLY need something thick, sometimes even the rabbit is too small (and it's a big rabbit I bought from A&E)

I have a feeling you're right with this one - I look at the toy and my mind loves it. The vagina, not so much. Guess I just have to train it better because this beauty is NOT going to waste... thanks for the tips!

probably - it's really thick! Much much thicker than a rabbit.

I can't say as to Randy (way too big for me to even contemplate), but have you tried Kegel exercisers to strengthen your vaginal muscles? The Pure Wand might be a good choice, since so many women love it as a G-spot toy as well. The Kegelcisor looks like a good one for serious workouts.

Hey, I know the feeling! What I eventually had to do was suffer a bit, as terrible as that sounds. Just kept Randy inside me while it hurt, until the pain would subside. However, this is after a lot of warm-up and such, and using my biggest toys before Randy. It has definitely become easier with time and I no longer feel the intense pain that I used to.

thanks for the tips! I do a lot of Kegels and I have a feeling that they've helped me keep other (smaller) larger toys in. The PC muscles seem to be rejecting Randy at the moment, though I'm not giving up! And I do have the Pure Wand, and you're right, it's a great tool.

there is hope! I'm pretty sure I was feeling something similar to what you experienced based off of your review (which made me laugh so hard that I almost fell off of my chair).

chicken... or smart! Something tells me that your vagina would have a heart attack if it saw this toy.

Kegel exercises will help you more than Randy will. You don't need a kegel exerciser either. Devotedly do them every day (or several times/day) and you'll start noticing a difference in a couple of weeks.

I would recommend making a whole experience out of it, including a nice hot bath (or shower if you don't have a bath) with some candles to relax yourself and your muscles first. Just really pamper yourself. Once your more relaxed you may have more luck. Let us know how it goes!

I recommend spending some time with a rigid dildo first, like a nice glass or acrylic wand. Those types of toys can be "swirled" so that you can apply pressure to different areas of the vagina at once, and simulate stretching without actually having a gigantic toy to handle all at once. I find that kind of stretching enjoyable, so maybe you could make an experience of it, and then once you're really warmed up, try out Randy. Hope you have a good time ^_^

Thank you for the advice. I've been told by gyno about kegels, but I'm not sure I know how to do them properly, will the Kegelcisor help me target those muscles? I'll seriously consider it!!

LOL!! Guess I'll have to mosey on over to the Sexual Health section to figure out just how to do Kegels...they almost seem as mysterious as the Pyriamids to me!! ROFL!! Thank you!!

I can't say from personal experience, but that's certainly what it's for, and it looks good for it. It also comes with an instruction booklet. There are a lot of vaginal exercisors on EF that are less expensive as well, if you want to go that route.

Tuesday's advice is good as well. I find Kegel exercises with a toy to be more fun and quickly useful, but they are something you can do alone, any time.

Day 2: I got it to feel really nice (I think the shower and extra extra warm up really helped)!

But I think I got a little bit too enthusiastic and I probably started thrusting before I was ready. Also thrusting is probably a bad idea with this toy? I think I have some teenie tiny cuts down there from over-stretching, hopefully they'll heal overnight. But I definitely like this toy, thanks for all of the suggestions!

I don't thrust with Randy, just kind of let him sit and do his monstrous thing without moving him other than to move my own hips, etc.

I don't thrust with Randy either, exactly. The base is just about the biggest thing that will fit in the Wing (and I am obsessed with this thing, obviously ), and that helps to use him. Being relaxed definitely helps.

I get cuts/tears when I try to use him too.

I have a cave vagina or something, because I barely have to warm-up and have no issue thrusting. However, I would suggest trying no to thrust, warm up a ton, use a lot of lube and maybe use Randy with a partner who can help you get it inside without hurting. Good luck!

Ironically I didn't really hurt from the cuts - it felt really good at the time. I'm taking a day off today though just in case. There is hope!

I have the silicone version of Randy. For me, toys this size require being rather aroused, really relaxed, and in the right frame of mind. Lots of lube and patience and warm up.

Occasionally, Randy gets hung on my pubic bone. If I don't use enough lube, he can irritate my urethra. If I have trouble finding the right angle/position, he can actually make my g-spot sore.

It's possible you need to find something between him and your biggest vibrator and work up to him. It's possible you need more lube. It's possible you're attempting insertion at the wrong angle for your body. It's also possible that the pain is just "growing pains" (for lack of a better description), and you just need more practice.

Personally, I think Randy's better for use with, say, the Liberator Wing (If he fits... I hope so cause I'm totally getting one soon.) or in a strap-on harness. At least I'm hoping. Cause I have a hard time finding a good position for this short, stubby dildo, but once I do I love him.

I definitely think you're right. I was playing around with the angles, and I probably hit a few that my body didn't like. It's funny because I don't have issues with the large end of the eleven anymore, but I am having difficulties with this toy. It's probably the shape, and that extra eighth of an inch.

I am happy to report that I now love Randy. I think my mistake was that I wasn't pushing him all the way in. The width of the shaft right by the base is smaller than the width around the middle, so I was probably stretching my vaginal opening more than necessary (if that makes sense). Thank you all for your encouragement!

This may seem redundant, but have you tried more lube than you feel is necessary? I mean a LOT? And/ or put Randy in (and don't move him) while you masturbate. After you cum, you might be able to accept Randy moving.

I'm glad this review came out, I know there's no way I can handle Randy in either opening.
