I did up until I had my first son. Now my focus is mainly on him. Me and my fiancee have to plan our sex around when he is sleeping or we can get a quickie in when he is playing quietly. After a couple kids it is a bit of a challenge to have as much sex as we'd like. Things get in the way like teething babies or sick kiddos (or sick parents). And honestly, depending on what has happened in the life of being a parent and stay at home mom that day, sometimes I'd rather just go to bed. But we are pretty much on the same page and communicate about these things. Sex does happen, we just have to plan it more than be spontaneous about it.
