clitorally I prefer 5 but there are very few toys that are that srtong- especially ones that don't plug in. I think that the we-vibe tango/salsa and the form 2, which are both closer to 4.5, are all I have found. Everyone rates toys differently and I find that to me a 4 should be much stronger than most that are rated as such. The toys that are rated 5 seem more like a 7 or 8 to me! Internally 3 does me just fine though and most guys that I've performed prostate stimulation on are fine with a 2 or 3- more sensitive I guess
