The Form seems to be more for general stimulation while the life is more for pinpoint vibration.

My Baby loves her Leaf, being powerful enough, especially because she needs direct stimulation as ears don't do anything for her. Also, not only the tip of Life can be used, it's much like merging MiMi and let's say Salsa into one vibe as she says.

Exactly, I don't think I could do anything with the Form 2, and though Life isn't mindblowingly powerful either, I still find it pleasantly arousing... ^^

The Form 2 has a glitch that kicks in when a lot of pressure is applied to the ears... so if you like pressure, maybe go with the Leaf.

I personally have the Form 2 on my wishlist, but the "glitch" wouldn't bother me. If I was suggesting ANY discreet clitoral vibe to you it would be MiMi, Salsa or Tango over these two.

I have both of those. Form 2 is super aggrivating! Life is way better than form 2!!!!! Tango is stronger than both of those and is a much better value in my opinion! 79.00 vs 130.00 or worse 144.99! And it is quieter too! I also recomend Mimi.
