I have the Energie and the Intensity. I also have some ben wa balls and Emigi. While the kegel ball type toys feel nice and are a good reminder to practice those kegel exercises, I did not notice any improvement in pc muscle strength or tone beyond just doing kegels on a regular basis. When I started using the Energie I noticed an improvement using the Gracie sneez-o-meter. But the Intensity makes those pc muscles contract stronger and harder than I could ever do on my own! If you can afford it I strongly recomend the Intensity! I recomend the Energie as well, but using it is never arousing, just exersize. But using the Intensity is very pleasurable. It is not enough for me to reach climax like it is for some women, but it is very arousing! I love my Intensity!

Intensity hands down. Im like Gracie I can tell by when I sneeze and don't leak that the intensity is doing its job.

Out of those I've tried the Energie. It was ok but I'd go with something heavier like the Kegelcisor.
