The lelo Liv is a great beginner vibrator. It is nice and small so it will not be overwhelming. It also has multiple speeds so if you are very sensitive there is a low setting. Also has different patterns so you can find the one that works best for you. It is on the high price side but is well worth it.

A traditional vibe is best for beginners - something that can be inserted vaginally or used on the clit. I usually recommend the Turbo Glider.
