DO NOT get one of the first gen toys. They're CRAP compared to the second gen! Limit your options to the Ako, Zizo, Moka, and Kaya. I personally have the Ako and Zizo and LOVE them, but it depends on what you want to use it for.

I have the Moka and I love it. It's a good size (a bit larger than the Ella and Gigi) and a great shape.
