Is it because of different sizes or something? I know one vibrates. Just being curious about the price difference. type in kong in the search bar and three of these come up

Looks like there's some size variation, if you look at the toys' specs. Vibrating toys typically cost more, as well.

They're all different. This one is Vac-U-Lock compatible, this one has a suction cup base, and this one has a suction cup base and vibrates.
