Every male "precums", it just may not be noticeable in some. Precum is cowper's fluid from the cowper's gland. Its function is to clean the urethra of urine, residual semen, etc in order for sperm to successfully pass through. Urine is acidic and can kill sperm. However, this does not mean that precum cannot get you pregnant. Cowper's fluid is not semen, but it still contains sperm!

No, he actually does not have any whatsoever that comes out. Not one drop. His doctor even tested and there was zero. Believe me , I know. I have been with him for over 5 years, lol.

I used to get a lot of precum during foreplay. It was a conspicuous amount... enough to use as lube. I still always have a some precum, but not like I used to.

I don't know how often he does, but I know he does at least some of the time, because I got pregnant when we were using the withdrawal method. Another time we were fooling around and I pointed out the bead of pre cum that was starting to form. I read on Wikipedia that some men have sperm in their pre cum, and some don't. Probably explains why I never got pregnant from my ex even though we had sex without a condom almost every time.

When he had his sperm count tested, somehow the test showed that. the doctor actually asked him about it and we were surprised.
