Does anyone know any good radical disability 101 type stuff, or good academic writers who have done work regarding disability?

I'm kind of into radical politics (by that I mean ones that know what kyriarchy is and want to destroy it). I was wondering also what radical ideas were in the disability community? (Also not sure if it's okay to say "disabled community" or if it's considered bad to put in the past tense like "transgendered"?)
