I am getting my degree in Special Education I have for years worked with vulnerable adults and at risk children and teenagers. I know as a teen I was very sexually driven I also know that we have a requirement to protect vulnerable adults.
What are your thoughts on the government protecting vulnerable adults, perhaps from themselves in regards to a sex life. Either with other vulnerable adults or with mainstream populations.
