Really not a whole lot. Maybe once or twice at the most. In the past month or so, though, I've noticed when it's around my "time of the month" I'll do it a lot more.

Depends on the week....if my guy stays over three nights, well then I'm trying for the other four myself. Same if he stays two or five. Every day I'm planning on getting my much needed relief, whether it's with his help or on my own!!!

I have done it up to 2X a day in the past. But I have noticed that the ride is more intense if I do it less often, so now its more like 3-4X a week. Not being in a relationship right now may be part of it too.
