I don't think I could really pluck anywhere else other then my face. Unless I had the long hairs in random places.

I tweeze my eyebrows and use an epilator on my legs and underarms, which is basically an electric shaver crossed with tweezers so it pulls the hair out from the root. It hurts a bit at first but you get used to it. Pubes, HELL NO. I shave or trim that.
