Do you use a period tracking iPhone app?

Contributor: Brittanyx Brittanyx
I had one for my old I phone and when I transferred to the 4s I never re-downloaded it. There so many in the app store and I was wondering if any other women use the apps and if so which one is the best???

I prefer to just track them in Google Calendar. I have ~4 years tracked now. Yay data!

sounds like a good idea since I have a copper IUD so it does not regulate and I am VERY fertile so I need to know if it fails.

I use the iPeriod app because it allows me to track symptoms & my weight in addition to my menstrual cycle. I would suggest it, been using it for little over half a year now.

Even though I take the pill and know when my period will come, I track it using the calendar pages in my agenda.

I use the MyDays app for Android. I like it because you can add notes like "took pill", "had sex", or write-in your own, plus it will tell you when you're ovulating, when your next perioud is due, and you can even chart your BMT.

I use iPeriod Ultimate on my iPad and I quite enjoy it! I've been using it for the past two years now and it records everything from my period, tells me when I'm fertile, allows me to watch my weight, add details in like.. what cervical fluid looks like, when I have sex, etc. It's a great and handy little app! It makes things so much easier for me to be able to keep track of things better.

Nope, I don't have a smartphone, don't want one either. I just mark on my calendar the old fashioned way.

I would probably try it if I had a smartphone. I hate tracking it on the calendar because then everyone can see it

I have an Android and I use the My Days app. It's wonderful and spot on. It really helps me especially because I have PMDD so it helps me see when I need to start keeping myself in check.

I didn't upgrade to a smartphone until last Sept and soon after a friend told me about Period Tracker. I use the free version on my iPhone 4.

I don't track mine at all. I know when it's coming and can almost pinpoint exactly when it will start. I'm super in tune with my body
