I'll start this off by saying that I've never douched. My mother warned me from a young age that it could give me a yeast infection, and the more I read about the female anatomy, the more I realized that there's really no need for douching.
That's just my personal opinion. So, I'd like to ask the people out there with vaginas, do you douche? Have you ever? What was your experience? Do you think it's necessary, and why?
