No, I've heard horror stories of figging leading to a small cut in the rectal or vaginal tissue. If air bubbles get into the blood stream, it can actually kill you.

I'd heard of it so I googled it. I'm personally not really into pain so I don't think I would be into it, but I would be fine with doing it to a partner if they wanted. If I had a partner how really wanted me to try it I would give it a shot at least once, but from the sounds of things I doubt I would enjoy it.
