depends on what's going on, if everything is normal then maybe the one year check up. Other wise depends what is going on and when the doctor wants to see me.

I was always going once a year for my poly cystic ovarian disease, but advice from a dear friend was to go twice a year. I went last week and finally got all the results back.

Everything came back perfect but the pap. Now I'm looking at possibly surgery for cells that want to try to turn cancerous.

I have never had an STD, never had an STI,no HIV. Completely clean. So this is completely scary for me.

I advise twice a year.

Once a year, just to renew my birth control. I don't really have an OB/GYN, I just go to the clinic to get checked out to have my prescription refilled.

I go once a year for my annual check up and for the doctor to renew my birth control. So far I have been lucky enough to not have to go back for addition check ups.
