When the man and I went exclusive and discussed our history and last testing and all that and went condom free i was so happy. He is fixed so he is our form of BC. I much prefer no condom.

I'd do anything to avoid using a condom. In HS it was coitus-interuptus - these were pre-AIDS days - in college and everyone was on the pill. Once I got married my wife was either on the pill or we were planning on a family. After our second she had her tubes tied - so maybe I'm going to set a record for a modern sexually active male! Never once used a condom!

Ironically I do have condoms that I put on a jelly dildo my wife likes - but the material is not safe - so I protect her with the condom.

I'm sos glad we don't have to use them anymore, they are quite a hinderance and cut off a lot of sensation, even if they are really thin.

I picked a little better. I can only feel a slight difference but my partner says it's a lot better since it feels warmer and because he's uncircumsized condoms interfere with the way his foreskin normally moves.

I'm going with a little better as well - I actually like condoms but not all the time, and we don't need them for birth control.

While we prefer the feel of no condom, since it is a much more intimate and temperature-dependent feel, there are certain sensations that can only be felt with condoms. A lot of the new ribbed, studded and textured condoms are a lot of fun!

I don't like the planning involved with them, or fumbling to get them on correctly.

I DO like that they cut back on the mess drastically.

That being said we only use them if I'm on antibiotics or something like that..

I think it feels a lot better but I can't say I wouldn't ever go back. I mean if I was sleeping with someone new I definitely would until I felt safe enough to go without. I have an IUD in place which makes STDs even riskier and definitely not something I want to mess around with in my life. Tests and a certain level of trust and commitment would be required before we went without.

Not planning a divorce and my tubes are tied, so I am saying I'll never go back. But if for some reason, a condom was needed, I could go back if I had to.

Going without is way better, but in a situation where the partner wasn't as close I could see using one. Good think I'm married and never have to worry about it. We like the birth control pill and cum on my face method, just to be safe : )

We never used condoms until recently after my wife gave birth. Neither of us are fans. I lost a lot of sensation and occasionally had difficulty climaxing wearing one. My wife also doesn't like them because the feel is different. She prefers the feel of direct contact.

I get infections pretty much every time I use a condom (latex or lube allergy maybe?), and I just generally find condoms irritating. I'm on BC now, and it's so much better. I was having to go to the doctor like once a month for infections (otc meds never work on me). Not anymore.

If you can continue having sex with a condom due to the fact that you've never experienced the other side of the fence, kudos to you. I wish I could, but alas, once you go bare, you never go back. Sorry that didn't rhyme...lol.

Sooo much better. I've had sex with a lot of people, and I mean a lot without a condom, and it's NOT something I would suggest to anyone because hello? Infections? Disease? Death? Pregnancy?

But it hurts so good.. I'm so lucky to never have gotten anything or had any pregnancy scares. Condoms just feel so cold and disconnected. I'd rather go back to being a hooker than not have that flesh to flesh connection with someone I actually cared about.

After repeated difficulties with various hormonal birth control products, we used only condoms. The answer was to find condoms that actually fit comfortably. I now have an IUD which I totally love. My partner accepted condoms after we found a type that fit him comfortably. we did miss the flesh to flesh contact and I would certainly use condoms with a new partner but that's not on the horizon for now.

I never cared for them, never used them with my husband save for a bit after I had our youngest son before my husband's vasectomy was done. We had planned it for a few weeks after he was born, and then I think the waiting time after that is like a month to ensure that all the sperm is gone, so with waiting after having a baby..I think we only ended up having to use condoms a handful of times.

When we got together we were monogamous, had been tested and I was on another form of BC so we just never used them.

We use condoms almost all of the time because of not having as much of a mess when we are finished. We both prefer the feeling of sex without condoms, but we don't do it too often.

What is this "condom" you speak of? What's a condom? Just kiddin'.

We've been married for like a hundred years, so I haven't worn one since the 1980's. Dang, just typing that makes me feel old. I remember it like it was just yesterday, listening to a Journey cassette playing through those crappy paper speakers in the back of dad's Chevy Chevette. Go ahead and laugh, but those we're good times!

But anyways...it may feel better without a condom and it's certainly more convenient, but is it worth the risk? Not for me. There is just no way that I would have unprotected, non-monogamous sex today. It is simply not worth the risks.

For us convenience is never more important than pleasure - bring on the ejaculation and gushing!

Just wondering - how do you control the 'mess' from vaginal lubrication or even gushing - is there a condom for that too?

Haven't tried it with one yet (married), but the risks are definitely there and if you hit that "jackpot" it can cause big problems. If I was in a situation where I had been exposed to something then you can bet I wouldn't put my wife at risk.

Recently had a vasectomy, so no longer need to use one. Yee Haw!

Actually, I did rather enjoy using Lambskin. I am circumsized and to me it is the closest thing I'll ever feel to having a real foreskin. In fact, I still have some left and my just use them up....

I think its WAY better, but my partner and I use condoms (even though I wish we didn't hehe)its a personal choice for him so I respect that. We get the super thin ones and the rock, but something is still missing in my opinion its just more intimate without a condom...*shrugs*

I hate them. I always get a UTI or yeast infection from them. I don't remember it making much of a difference either way though.

While yes it is better without a condom, I will only go bareback with a trusted lover. My partners and I are tested twice a year and use condoms when we are with new playmates that we can't be absolutely sure of.

I would have to say that both can feel just as great. Also allot of people agree that condom sex can be much more sensual because of the fact that your partner cares enough to protect the both of you.
