Hey ladies. I have had some stuff going on that I think is either endometriosis or PCOS. Painful ovulation, painful cramps from ovulation until the second day of my period. But something new happened last month. I had a wet dream, complete with orgasm, I woke up when the orgasm started and the pain started almost immediately. It was horrible, like someone was stabbing me from the inside. It felt like the pain went all the way up to the ovaries. This was extreme, I can not even explain it and it lasted about 5 minutes and I was in tears at the end. I was sore the next day too, almost period crampy like but I was still a week or two out from my period.
This scared the hell out of me, I was afraid to play or have an orgasm for a month. I finally got horny enough to try it and so far have not had another painful one. I am wondering though if anyone else has experienced this? If so do you know what caused it?
