Sex After Childbirth

For those of you who have had children, how did pregnancy and childbirth affect your sex life? Did everything stay the same or get better or worse? I was kind of self conscious about my body when I was pregnant, but I was also able to accept my body more prior to being pregnant so I feel even more sexual freedom after having a child.
