To all the women with bigger boobs out there....

Contributor: qwertys191 qwertys191
Have you ever felt like you could just replace your boobs with a small (or larger) set during certain times of the day? Lately I’ve been wishing more and more that I could go about my day with out these lumps, that I call boobs, on my chest. Being a small girl (I’m only about 5"2' and 115 lb) with a bigger boobs (32 DD) I find my self in odd situations where I just wish I could replace them with something a little smaller. For example, I was in my shower today and my dog started barking at the bathroom door, which caused me to jump. To all you women with bigger breasts, I don't know how you can deal with this. Having your boobs come crashing down is one of the most uncomfortable experiences I have had.
I just wanted to know what other people thought on the subject.

They definitely can hinder everyday activities. I really love my breasts, but every once in a while.. I just want to look down and yell "get out of my way!!".

*sigh* I have a love/hate relationship with my boobs. I'm 4'11 and a 36D.

oh no you're certainly not! I'm trying to lose weight so mine will shrink a bit. Exercising with them is difficult. And when I also had my nipples pierced? It was way worse! I'm kinda clumsy and when I'd be walking and turn a corner too soon, my boobs would slam into the wall. Definitely not fun.

They certainly do make it hard to exercise. I have trouble doing certain yoga poses because they're in the way, running and cardio can be very painful. Even when I find a sports bra in my size, it's typically too short and the bottom of my boobs hang out of it. Bra shopping is -always- a pain in the ass, as well as buying lingerie.

But you take the good with the bad, because they look hot in a low cut shirt. They're great for tit sex.

Yeah, tit sex... ..what she said.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that has that problem with sports bras. I've got a small frame but I'm stacked so it doesn't fit in the shoulders or it doesn't fit in the boobs. I can't win. Custom sized bras are too damn expensive too.

Yeah, there are times I wish I could get them out of the way, but I wouldn't want to really shrink them permanently. I adore my boobs, even with their issues of being heavy and bouncy and crashing down and hitting things when I'm clumsy. The worst is in the shower, though - it's the one long stretch of the day when they're not supported. Mine are not going to shrink with weight loss, though. I'm 5'4" and 32F, so they're about as small as they're going to go.

If you have trouble finding bras, try getting European bras. I go try them on at Nordstrom, then find a good sale online to order whatever worked in the store. They actually believe that women with big boobs and smaller bodies exist, and deserve supportive, sexy bras. I haven't found a good sports bra yet, but I'm still looking.

I am 5'6", 119lbs, 34 B cup. Yes, I would like my boobs to be larger but on the positive side, with a sports bra I get perfect support and they are not in my way running, various other athletic pursuits and I don't have "track marks" on my shoulders.
And girls, I too have trouble finding a bra that fits and looks sexy; not necessarily enhancement but a bra that doesn't appear through clothes like a preteen training bra.

The one thing that always upsets me is when I'm going bra shopping. It seems like all the really sexy bras are in sizes A B and nothing above. I always want to scream out, why?

The definition is 'torque', and I agree - painful. Common things I hear is 'do they really make bras in your size?', 'one of those requires three hands, doesn't it?', 'you couldn't play sports, huh?' (Mulder came up with the winner the other evening: "These things require their own zip codes.")

I'm right on that edge between 'mainstream sizes' and 'speciality sizes' - 40DD. There's damned little selection in either for me, and I've NEVER had a comfortable bra ever - either the straps dig in, I spill over, it fits like a straight jacket, the cups are too big, etc ... And the few that do fit right are granny bras that are worn to turn the guy OFF.

(Although I am reminded of a friend's story of when she was a stripper - she's one of us with unnaturally large boobs. One guy she was dancing for asked 'How come one of your tits is bigger than the other?' and she replied 'Because my boobs are f--king real; want a lap dance, a--hole?' He tipped her the best, he liked 'em bitchy.)

SERIOUSLY. If you want shmexy DD cups like I do, you have to pay an arm and a leg and probably drive 500 miles or custom order (if I'm wrong, someone PLEASE correct me 'cos my boobs would like a fancy new home).

If I'm doing something really athletic I usually wear a sports bra and one of those tanks with the built-in bra layer. Works pretty well for me, but then again I don't do a whole lot of running either.

I have 40DDs, and I found great bras by Bali that aren't white or beige and still give support. I tried them on at Macy's then found them online for about 50% cheaper. Just note the brand name and then the style number or model number - found on the cloth tag (not price tag). Works for me! You can also find really good deals at Kohls sometimes. I lucked out there with Wacoal, Bali and Olga all in sleek black.

Anyway - yeah, boobs!

My wife is on the side of those wishing she was smaller - with 32G - you can imagine why. But once she found bras that fit - she's not so determined. I 'vetoed' breast reduction surgery - too much risk. But on the lighter side, I reminded her that the big chest is proportional to her other curves - if she dropped boob size - she'd have to work really hard to trim everything else to match - that logic was probably the most convincing. And yea for boob-sex!

I have DD's too and I HATE granny bras. I usually buy my bras from Cacique. They are the bra brand that goes along with Lane Bryant stores but they go from size 36C to 44H. Check out this cutie bra:

Yes. I don't know any of the names because I've never been to one, but I have a few friends who have (or had, 2 of them got reductions) really big breasts and ended up going to specialty shops to get a custom fit or more variety in the bigger sizes. You might be able to find something semi-near you with an internet search.

I have one breast that's a DD and one that's a full cup size smaller...it makes a bra VERY uncomfortable because the bra strap fall off my shoulder on the larger side continually. I'd love to have that side resized to match but I agree with Gunsmoke it's so risky. My guys love my boobs but sometimes I feel so very lopsided...

I feel sorry for women with bigger than D boobs. A C cup is what...15 lbs./titter? Hella weight on the shoulders. As a guy who gives decent back rubs, I know how big those knots can get in the shoulders.

If only I knew someone with the inventive genius to create some kind of pump for the boobs like they used to have in shoes...just don't let your man touch it, he'd shoot your nipples across the room.

My friends and I also joked that someone needs to invent anti-gravity nipple pasties because it's obvious that's what the women in comic books have.

Hahah, that's a good one! I'd LOVE to get me some anti-gravity pasties.

To everyone having trouble finding bras that fit, and feel good, and look good - see if there's a Nordstrom in your area. They're expensive to actually BUY from, but they're great for finding the right bra for your body and lifestyle. They usually have a good selection of bras for women with large breasts (and a wide range of band sizes). They people are very helpful, and I've never walked out without feeling like they had done everything humanly possible to find the perfect bra for me.

Then, once you know what brand/style number/size works best, you can shop around online for deals.

I don't want to get rid of, shrink, replace or alter my breasts - I view them as I do my hips, feet, nose, lungs, etc. They are part of me, part of my sense of self. I don't want someone else's body - I wouldn't know what to do with it!

omg, i feel your "pain". i am 5'4'' and have 34d chest size. I always want to replace my boobs when i am going shirt/top shopping. Im restricted to certain cuts and styles. Just the other day I picked out a really cute top and I tried it on and it was a total upset. So i tried on a bigger size, which didnt work. My boobs were squished and made them look terrible =(

I was a D at 11 years old and got as high as an I during my first pregnancy. Big boobs suck! LOL I'm down to a D again, thanks to some serious weight loss, but I'm still waiting for the day when I can get a reduction.

I find mine to be proportionate to my body. They are slightly larger which calls attention at times, but for the most part I love them and so do the guys . But YES. There have been times where I wished them smaller. BUT there have also been times where I wished they were larger.

Ime not that big, just a 36d. I can say however I only take my sports bra off for 2 things one being to shower and the other to have sex.

The following I have leanred with my medium sized breasts
-guys can crawl under barbwire eaisier then a girl with boobs no matter how tight a sports bra is
-guys seem to look at you more
-perhaps the worst............its a little more difficualt to get a quik replacemnt of a bullet proof vest when you have big boobs
-it hurts like heck when you lay on a roof for 14 hours and cant move more then a few inches then your boobs pushing into the vest in the hot desert sun realy do get sore. I look next to me at my buddy whos a guy hes just laying there and doesnt have that problem.

LOL, but in the end its all good. My breasts are not small but not huge. I have the body I have and I would rather put moeny towards other stuff then implants or reductions.

I hate my big boobs sometimes (40-F) and really wish that more places would carry bigger sizes, I live in the middle of no where so I have to order my bra's online. It's anoying because they are expencive and really are not very stylish or sexy. I hate that why can't bigger women be sexy?

I'm also still looking for a great sports bra as the ones I have found so far are very lacking. I don't run at all because of it and really who wants to have boobs flying in their face?
