This usually happens when I'm ovulating. So around that time, I'm already practically peeing my pants with my own lubrication. The birth control I'm on adds to that effect. The dreams don't always happen, but if I'm already really horny and my fiance is in another state/country, I am desperate almost. I love my toys, but sometimes I just need my man. This results in the kinkiest of erotic dreams and intense orgasms. I can never feel them to their full extent while asleep, but sometimes I wake up and feel half of it and it's awesome. I never get those types of orgasms outside of sleep. And they feel more vaginal to me, and not clitoral. I've never felt anything like it.
