I bet you could - but with some reasonable precautions it can be avoided. We like Honey Dust - which is straight powdered sugar. I apply it sparingly and always to her clean vulva - not on her inner labia near her vagina or urethra.

It's fun to do a thorough job of 'cleaning her up' before moving on.

However if my partner was prone to yeast infections or UTIs, I'd probably forgo both Honey Dust and chocolate.

Definitely possible, but it really depends.. was it just chocolate? For example, the Kama Sutra Chocolate Body Paint is NOT for internal use so that could potentially give you a yeast infection because of the glycerins/sugars, but if you were using JO chocolate flavoured lube then no because it's safe for vaginal use. It really depends on the product.

Yes because your body naturally has some yeast in your vagina and it needs sugar to live. Feed it sugar in chocolate and it will grow. Leave it to external use only and clean up well when you finish.
