I keep my toys in a box in my closet, nightstand drawer and a drawer in my bathroom. I have young kids at home and people over a lot so I have to hide my items.
I do and I don't. They aren't visible if you walk into the room, but they aren't locked away. My kids have never gone into my room without my permission and I know they've never seen any of it.
I've always lived either at home with my parents or in a dorm room, so I have my privacy concerns. I keep my go-to toy(s) hidden in a convenient place near my bed, like a drawer, bag, or box. My others go in my safe or in the bottom of a rarely used drawer. I have a small collection, though.

I have oils and lubes on my nightstand, toys on top of my dresser, pretty much any surface of my room has some kind of toy on it. My question is, do you hide your toys? If not, where do you store them? If you do, where are you hiding them?

It's not so much that I hide them for fear of being "caught", but I do keep them out of sight. It's an issue of clutter with me, though. I keep mine between two drawers in my nightstand currently, but am expecting the Devine Playchest in the mail soon, so I will hopefully be able to switch over to that and free up those drawers for other things. Space is tight where I am, so when stuff starts to overflow out onto countertops and other surfaces, I know it's time for me to sit down and do a "purge" until everything can be put in its own spot again.
This probably makes me sound organized, but everything is still a mess, lol. It's just a... functional mess? I guess. Haha.

I do and I don't hide my toys. I have toys in my nightstand, in a wooden suitcase under the bed, in my bookcase. In the bookcase I have my Vixen Creations on display in their tubes. I keep my porn and sex books on there too. On the bottom shelf I have small bins on top of larger bins. They work out really well b/c you can't really see into them. Even if you were to really try and look into them, it's difficult. I found them at Target. They're pretty cheap, they have different designs, and they hold quite a few toys of various widths and lengths. Plus they stack really well, and are easy to pull out to get to.

My toys are hidden right now since I shoved them in a bag while I cleaned/rearranged my room. Ironically I'm now trying to figure out how to display them!
It is just my hubby and I at home now, but I do store them in an antique wardrobe, dresser and antique trunks. There are always some laying out in the room--usually getting recharged, but we do not make a point to hide them--just keep them tidied up and stored properly.
We hide our toys in a dresser. Dresser has several internal drawers and that is where they are kept. When it is play time we pull the drawers out and set them in a easy access location. Keeping them in the drawers keeps them secure and clean. In a house with children I don't think I want to leave out items that I have to explain.
i have one of those larger sized toiletry bags that i keep my toys in.
it's a normal enough fixture that no one ever really grabs it and looks inside. they just assume that airplane appropriate stuff is inside.
I mostly keep it on the shelf in my closet.
When i'm living in my dorm room, the bag still lives in the closet on a shelf behind a bunch of crap.
My roommate/parents have no clue whats inside --> given that they haven't gone through my things. lol. i don't think they would though.

We have a small blue tote that we keep in our closet and pull it out when things start up.
Like many here I simply keep them out of site. The taboo stuff - like pegging gear, etc. I keep hidden but the other stuff I keep in a bench at the end of the bed.
