Always look at material first. I want highly rated safe material going into my body. Next is vrooms and shape. Those tie for second because they affect how well the toy will be when I actually "take it for a ride"

Cost always plays a role and I would have to say the vrooms are close to the top of the list. Material is important as well but its a good 3rd place on the list.
