Funny that this discussion would be on the first page tonight. I apparently wrenched my back during one of our sessions earlier. lol
I've ended up with bumps and bruises, welts and scratches. I had one (really scummy) boyfriend a few years ago who was so rough that he made me bleed heavily enough that we thought my period had started early.
There was another time that my (current) partner gave me such a powerful orgasm that I had a headache for 5 minutes afterward.
Also, when we were first getting into anal (he'd never done it before we got together), he didn't realize that you had to prepare the anus before penetration. He's a big guy, so when he just penetrated me without any warmup, he tore my anus. Thankfully, he's learning.

Nipple clamps -mostly- may cause skin scratchs, so we stop use it for that. We replaced it by electro clamp which are soft and not need any hard pressing on nipple.

I've pulled muscles before, hit my head against head boards, and been penetrated too deeply (which resulted in my vomiting and having awful cramping). But I typically ask for most of the pain.

Aside from the usual pulls, bumps, bruises, and raw areas we actually made my legs spasms so bad I was on crutches for 3 days. If I work too hard (as well as when I have too low electrolytes and some random nerve impulses) my calves will seize up like an intense charlie horse. Thing is, the muscles don't let go and it takes an hour of screaming, medication, gatorade and painful massage to loosen the muscles up. I can't put weight on the leg for about 2 days. We were having such intense sex and when I was riding my man to orgasm the pulled muscle from being a little rough as well as the intensity of the orgasm made my leg seize soooo bad. I ended up on crutches for 3 days. When coworkers asked how I got hurt I had to create a story for those who I didn't know well enough to tell them about the amazing, painful sex.

I've never been injured but have had rug burns on my knees. Bumped head on head board and have had my back and chest scratched by fingernails to bleed from rough sex.

Hmm, carpet burn, scratches, small things like that.

But once I was having sex super drunk and we fell of the bed and I broke my hand. I broke two fingers. Ouch!

Of course the usual cramps and all that sometimes occur, but the time I was down for the count was when we were on the couch and rolled off, I banged my head on the coffee table, knocking me out. A concussion, a trip to the ER and my wife trying to figure out how to explain how it occurred made for a fun night.

Not severely injured. But I have gotten carpet burns on my knees or hit my head on the bed post. But I have gotten injured on purpose when we do BDSM, I can get bruises on my butt and little stuff like that. But nothing serious.

Wow! I've had hickies that got sore, I've had rug burns on my back and knees, smashed my head hard in a car one time (left a big bump on the top of my head), have had such rough sex, I bleed *down there*.......yep, just a couple of times. LOL Never stopped me though. ;P

I have came close to breaking my penis more than a few times with different partners.. I've hit my head against my partners (head butt) when both deciding to move in the same direction at the same time, cramps and muscle spasms happen quite often especially in non-standard positions.
