I'm in a Military relationship; my fiance is in the US Army. Before he left for basic we had sex all the time...almost every night. Being he's gone, we don't have any (obviously).

My boyfriend probably wishes it were more often, but I think the 3-5 range is where we're at.

A few times a week and if we have a small dry spell for a few days we go on a marathon. Lock the doors, turn off the phone and make a weekend out of it!!

Sorry about the distance between you and your husband, AshMegJo, that has to be very difficult and scary for both of you. Keep your communication lines open, maybe you could have phone sex or Skype to keep the passion in place.

We've been married almost a decade and probably once or twice a week is normal. Sometimes more, sometimes less (during her time of the month, she wants nothing to do with sex), of course I'd like a little more, but not distraught.
