I know this is an old thread, but I'm interested in the same type of product. It's not completely internal, but how about the Love rider wild butterfly – g-spot and clitoral vibrator? It would stimulate both internally and externally and can be worn under clothing maybe?

I want to try the Vanity Vr1 one day. The price is making it out of reach at the moment.
