I have to say, all of those are important, but I just can't respect someone who isn't at least as intelligent as I am.

As a male I find a good personality, intelligence, and confidence sexy. A good sense of humor is also important, but not a must have.

there is a fine line between confidence and cocky...my husband has ridden that line the entire time i've known him...frustrating as hell!
