I have been trying to come up with something for storage. Right now, we are just using this small pink plastic basket and definitely need to get something new to store our things in.
What would you get for storage?

What would you get for toy storage?

I figured I should go with the playchest but I'm unsure with the price tag. What would you pick?

I would go with the devine toy box pink corset because it is really cute! Second choice would be devine playchest!

Although the pink corset is really adorable, I would get the Devine playchest because I think the code lock is more convenient than a lock that requires a key.

I would get the Devine Playchest.

The Playchest. I need lots of room

Playchest looks worth it. The other ones aren't really big enough.

Devine playchest.

I'm currently using a toolbox from Walmart
I need to get another one though, I'm running out of room.

We have two chests, one for my things and one for his/couple toys and I just ordered one for all our lubes and oral flavored stuff.
10/20/2012
I'm looking into the playchest. I think you should go with that one since it's bigger.

I like the look of the Playchest and it holds the most stuff. That said, you can get under the bed bins or footlockers much cheaper that hold way more.
10/20/2012
I would make something. I did. The toy boxes on here look pretty, but they are small and expensive. I don't see them lasting for years without falling apart. I built one for my wife out of cherry and walnut, it sits on the dresser by the bed. She can keep all the toys that see regular play inside the box, and the really big toys get a drawer in the dresser.
Anyone can make a storage box, just go to a craft store. They should have all kinds of products you could use to make a storage container of some sort.

Play chest looks bigger?
10/20/2012
The playchest will definitely give the most space to store your toys. The others seem too small.
10/20/2012
I have a locking Vaultz box. They look cool to me and they don't make it obvious that it's a sex toy box. lol

It really depends on your habits, tastes, and needs. The Playchest has its pros and cons -- if you're going to overstuff it to the point where you have to half empty it every time you play, then half of its convenience is lost. I like how it keeps lube bottles upright, and opens so that you can rest the toys you're about to use in the folded out halves of the lid. I think it's worth the price with a buyout or sale, but not necessarily the full retail price, depending on how its features will work for you compared to something like a toolbox.
I have the Playchest, one of the toy boxes, a Tunti, and a wooden trunk that I've modified, so my Playchest mostly holds lube, while my toys are in the trunk. It works better for the lube than any of the other containers I've tried, mostly because the Maximus bottle is too tall for everything else, but it's not going to necessarily hold the entire collection of a regular reviewer, nor is it going to be ideal for everyone.

I, oddly enough, have an old toy chest from when I was a little kid in my basement. It kind of looks more like a casket box, but it's really big and would hold tons! Like a whole store worth pretty much XD. But I plan on using that when I start expanding my toy collection. It's also going to be where I place things for storage until I get my own place, like a 'hope chest'. So I just suggest finding something practical around your house that you have to store things in if possible so you don't have to spend extra money on a storage container.

I'm having one made actually.
10/20/2012
I use a $7 box I got from the dollar store, lol.
10/20/2012
Depending on how much you need to store, the Playchest. Though it is rather expensive and some reviews say it's not that well built. I personally spent 20 bucks or so on a plastic drawer tower from Wal-Mart that works perfectly as a night stand AND toy storage. I've got everything in there except for bath products and larger/longer items, like crops and spreader bars that won't fit (though they wouldn't fit in the Playchest either).
10/20/2012
I chose other because I have them all. Each one has something different in them.
10/20/2012
I like the pink corset box, but I don't think it would hold all of my stuff. I use a big makeup train case that one of my friends used when she was in cosmetology school (she upgraded to a bigger box).
10/20/2012
Not liking any of them.
10/20/2012
I like the playchest best.

They're all just too small for me
10/21/2012
I started a thread about this not that long ago... The toy chests on Eden are just TOO small for me. I'd go for something like a little opening storage foot stool from wal-mart or something like that. Discrete and big

Devine playchest because it would fit larger amount of toys.
10/21/2012
I use my night stand. If you only have 1 or 2 toys or if you want a fancy travel case the smaller ones would be great. Make sure you get one big enough for expansion. Are you really only going to have 1 or 2 toys??

I have multiple storage conatiners, but the devine chest is on my wish list.

I have the lockable sex toy chest it is small not much will fit in there the devine is a little bit bigger so if you need room go for it
10/24/2012
I would get the playchest! Even if you don't have many toys, it's something that will be able to hold your sure-to-grow collection.
10/24/2012
pink corset is beautiful
10/25/2012
If you need a lockable item, I'd suggest a tool chest. Otherwise, rubbermaid under the bed containers are a great way to go.
10/25/2012
I love my Devine Playchest but I already need something else to store more toys in.
10/25/2012
I like the playchest

I bought an ammo can to possibly recycle as a toy container. I haven't used it yet, but it is one of my mad schemes for the future of my toy collection.

While all the storage cases on Eden are fabulous, after reading reviews looking for a storage place as well, I've come across they just arn't worth it. Most would of been to small for my toys (from reading reviews) & others were just out of my price range for a storage chest. Not only that but I like to see mine in person & be able to visualize where I would store everything. After not finding anything I was looking for, we turned to our local Walmart (I'm country so Walmart is heaven to me), took it upon ourselves to find the perfect storage box, we searched the whole store (well the departments where I knew they would have storage containers), in the end we wound up in the fishing department buying a tackle box! I wouldn't have it any other way. It works perfectly for all our toys with room to expand our collection, & all the compartments keep everything separate.
11/09/2012
We've been using a vintage suitcase for our toy storage. Lockable and roomy.
11/09/2012
If I had to choose. I would take the chest. I had my husband make me something. We took one of those tables that sits behind a couch. We took the top off. Added hinges, and a very deep bottom. We have pockets, Hooks everything we need. We set it behind our head board and looks like it belongs there we have had people ask us where we got it.We just smile. Our little secret. It has light even. Love it.

Currently, I've just been using a plastic bin, lockable handles, easily transportable... It's just that it's see-through. Hahaha...
11/10/2012
Lockable sex toy case. i have 3 and they do hold a lot and are very sturdy
11/13/2012
Regular rubbermaid-type containers are cheaper and hold more. You can doll them up yourself.
11/13/2012
Well, the best looking one is the pink corset...but if you're looking for enough space to hold lots of toys you may want to skip it.

The divine playchest for sure!

a computer bag that I can lock up so the kids don't look.

none of them, not a single one of them is big enough
I did pick this up when I was in Iraq, works great.

Depends on what you are storing really. Devine playchest is great for LARGER items, the Lockable sex toy case for smaller. Both to me seem to fit the same amount of items. I have both. But I keep my smaller in the small one and larger in the large.

I got an aluminum make up case for mine. It's lockable, discreet (the playchest would've drawn more attention than I wanted), and my hitachi fits, along with the rest of my growing collection.
12/17/2012
Devine playchest all the way! I love that thing.
12/17/2012
Cat E.
The corset one looks cool but not big enough.

We recently bought a 'Vaultz' locking box from Amazon. It's similar to the small locking case on Eden, but much larger (it may be made by the same company - I have the one from Eden too and they are VERY similar). There are lots of sizes, some with key locks and some with combination locks. We got this one (but if you search for "vaultz" you will find a lot more sizes): Vaultz Box.
It's quite large and I'm happy with it. There is such a lack of useable discreet locking storage boxes for larger toy collections!

None of the choices look big enough

I would get the Devine playchest

I find that vintage suitcases work great. They usually come lined and if not, contact paper is great because it's easy to clean. I just can't bring myself to spend a ton of money on storage, as of yet.
