The Smartballs are bigger that I prefer but I'm a fan of duotone balls. The have little weights in them that give you a rumbling sensation when you move so they feel nice to wear.

Also, the cord will make it much easier to use if this is your first experience with vaginal balls.

Thanks much! I've got bladder issues and I read here that kegel exercisers work to help tone the muscle so I figured I'd give it a try. Want to be sure I'm getting something effective.

Smartballs are true kegel balls, will stay in proper placement and are easier to remove. Icicles are ben wa balls, which will be difficult to remove and are less effective.

I just got the Luna noir ones and they're pretty awesome. I tried them with the harness and without and I can see why the harnesses are popular. I didn't really have a difficult time getting them out, but one did go up further and I had to push some to get it out.
