If you're warmed up enough, it won't really hurt.
The vagina stretches, but then goes back to its normal size. Fisting isn't going to stretch it all out of shape or make sex less pleasurable.

I really really want to try vaginal fisting, but at this point in my life, I want to keep no more than a few of my man's fingers inside.
