Components
Consists of a resin dissolved in a fast-drying solvent which is a mixture of naphtha, xylene, toluene, and ketones, including acetone.
Properties
Clear or colored coating, that dries by solvent evaporation only and that produces a hard, durable finish that can be polished to a very high gloss, and gives the illusion of depth.
Hygiene And Maintenance
Lacquer finish is best cleaned with mild soap and water. Rub with a soft cloth, following the wood grain. Wipe excess water with a clean, dry cloth. To reduce warping or splitting, avoid sudden changes in temperature; and maintain relative humidity between 30 and 50 percent
