The behind the scene starts funny with Belladonna talking to Venus while she is milking her breast. It goes through the three scenes with the performers talking, and it lasts 48 minutes. Disk 2 special features behind the scenes, photo gallery 2, cast list, filmographies, trailers, and websites. The DVD case is no where near subtle. The front shows Chloe and Belladonna in lingerie, and the back features 26 images from the movie. There are also two more images on the inside of the DVD case.

Scene 1 features Belladonna, Lauren Phoenix, and Venus. Belladonna and Lauren are sitting poolside, and they start discussing Venus who is dressed very sexily as a maid cleaning Belladonna's house.
