Seven Deadly Sins - dvd - review by Alan & Michele

Se7en Deadly Sins is a collection of seven lengthy vignettes, each filmed in either an industrial or Gothic setting and featuring hardcore sex. There are mild elements of domination and fetish indulgence throughout, presented in an unusual creative style. We're not sure which lady is supposed to represent which "deadly sin," or if they were meant to at all, but from sex in a church to the devil herself, it's end-to-end sin in this flick.

In the first scene, Kaylani Lei is brought into a bizarre dentist's office on a gurney. Randy Spears props her mouth open with a metal support, then teases her by sticking various instruments in her mouth, which has her squirming with lust. He fingers her roughly with her mouth still propped, before letting her give him a blowjob. She rides him reverse cowgirl on the exam chair, then goes on to doggie and spoon before getting a facial.
Though the scene will make fetish lovers drool, the constant mixing of cutaways with fast and slow-motion photography was a bit distracting.

Next is Rebeca Linares leading Lee Stone (who is wearing a wrestler’s hood) down a corridor on a chain. Once in a room, she shoves him against a wall and wraps the chain around his dick before sucking him. It cuts away to him drilling her doggie style over a table, while she repeatedly slaps him and yanks the chain, goading him into giving her more. They progress to anal, then Lee cums in her mouth. A hot scene, but again there was the distracting usage of cutaways, and fast and slow-motion photography.

Eva Angelina plays a sadist who has Tom Byron strapped to a table while she describes how she's going to torture him. He's scared at first, but gets a hard-on anyway, which excites her into giving him a blowjob. It then cuts to her doing a reverse cowgirl, and later cuts again to them doing hard doggie for awhile. One more cutaway, and they're doing anal with her on her back, then on her side, before he fucks her mouth and gives her a facial.

Daisy Marie looks the epitome of innocence as she wanders into a boiler room to spy on Niko working. He catches her, and says nothing while he leads her into a steamy makeout session, which results in her blowing him. The scene fades, and then Daisy is nude hanging from an overhead pipe while he eats her out. The scene cuts to him fucking her from behind in a standing position, then fades to a reverse-cowgirl and missionary on the floor before Daisy takes a cumshot on the tongue.

Scott Styles frantically searches through the paper for the "right" call girl. Moments later, Mikayla Mendez arrives, and they go straight to the bedroom. She talks dirty and does a striptease before sucking his cock. Scott drills her doggy style, then they do reverse-cowgirl, spoon, and hard missionary. While they fuck, the set changes to red from time to time, with Mikayla transformed into a seductive devil woman... is she really? Or is it all in Scott's mind?

In an odd Goth scene, Alexis Texas and Derrick Pierce exchange vows alone in an abandoned church, then consummate it right away. As soon as the ring is on her finger, she's on her knees sucking his cock, with the camera making frequent passes over her ass. Derrick then moves in for some doggie action over a pew before Alexis rides him hard on the floor, again with the camera loving her ass. They switch to a sideways missionary before Derrick unloads in her mouth. It's a great hard-fucking scene, but the camera kept "flashing" during the sex, making for some distraction.

In the final scene, Shyla Stylez plays a cab driver who has no intention of taking Mr. Pete to the airport, but instead has a different kind of ride in mind. She parks behind a building and gets out, determined to have her way. She plays the Dom, bullying and teasing before dropping to her knees to deliver an enthusiastic blowjob. The scene cuts to Pete nailing her doggie style over the hood, then missionary both vaginally and anally. Shyla then does an anal reverse-cowgirl, then the camera flashes and she sucks him until he comes. No face-shot here, because she swallows.

Shot in HD with Dolby Digital surround sound, this comes off as a high-quality production. The picture was clear, and the flesh tones were accurate even in the night scenes. The background music, though at times a bit bizarre, was subtle and didn't drown out the sounds of the cast.

If there is one thing we didn't like, it was the extensive use of cuts and fades throughout, which others might see as "creative".

The director took a really creative approach to this film, with some different camera effects and lots of dim lighting mixed with bright colors. The result was somehow both hardcore and mild at the same time, which was odd but enjoyable. The actresses seemed really into their scenes, giving hot performances, and the costuming was sexy as hell. The only thing negative I could say is that the sex did seem to follow a semi-standard pattern in all the scenes, but I suppose that's true of most porn movies these days.
I think if you are into *serious* kink and fetish, this movie probably won't be rough enough to be your thing, but it's a nice dabbling into the darkness for the ones who aren't.

I had my reservations when we first received this movie, because I'm sort of a sissy when it comes to porn. I like to see rough sex and such, but when they start getting truly violent then it's not my thing. With that said, there's nothing overly shocking in this movie. I suppose you could say the kinky fetish stuff was "watered down" a bit; enough to be interesting and enjoyable to the more conservative viewers. Even during the rougher scenes, you simply cannot feel intimidated when there's neon colors in the background and pink condoms in use! The first scene didn't do anything for me at all, but I was surprised at how much I really did enjoy the rest of the movie.
