The Lesbian Couple by Erocktavision - review by Shayne

"The Lesbian Couple" by Erocktavision is the first in a series of female-oriented movies. Aside from a few short bizarre sequences and an overzealous editor who liked the filters function a little too much while editing, this is a great video.

What was refreshing to me is that nearly none of the stuff you get in "straight guy lesbian porn" is included in this DVD. Being a Lesbian myself, this is everything I've wanted to see in an adult movie- a balance of sensuality, erotic scenes and sex.

The movie is like what would happen if someone turned a porn movie into a music video, because that's essentially what it is. Everything is set to decent, techno music, and I don't normally like techno. Some of the scenes are strange, one of the scenes has a close-up of one of the woman's teeth, multiple times, there are random clips of one of them horseback riding, and the first scene ends on an extreme close-up of female ejaculation for about 15 seconds. As I said before, the editor went effects happy, sometimes it jumps from negative, to washed out, to night vision, to normal, back to washed out, etc., all in one minute. Often I'll be, er, 'getting into' a scene, and the effects go crazy, and it brings me out of it. However, I think the quality of the movie negates the annoying-ness of these effects.

Out of all of the scenes, my favorite is the second scene, the shower scene. It's very sensual and real-feeling, and, throughout the entire dvd, the two women make a convincing couple. There's chemistry between them, which you don't get in a lot of porn. There's very, very little tackiness throughout the whole movie, no neon scrunchies, no schoolgirl uniforms, none of that. There is a strap-on scene, and some people may not like that, but I love that the scenes are easy to skip past and to using the remote. Personally, that's one of my favorite scenes, but I know people that don't enjoy women with strap-ons, which is why I'm mentioning this.

If you're looking for a lesbian porn without the ridiculous hair and makeup, 3 inch long fingernails, and fake moaning/screaming/other general annoying stereotypical lesbian porn things, I'd suggest buying this. I'm glad I own an alternative to bad internet porn!

I've seen the same 4 or 5 scenes over and over cause, well, I don't take the entire time of the film. ;) But what I DO end up watching is good and really gets me going!
